It is time the church and church leaders wake up to the rampant influence and effects of pornography. I applaud you, Michael, for addressing this issue with honesty and boldness.
JUST WATCH PORN AND HAVE FUN! THERE IS NO PROOF OF GOD! MAKES ME SICK THAT CHRISTIANS THINK THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG WATCHING PORN? ADMIN SAYS: Hi, C. You don't have to be Christian to realize porn is destroying the lives of many people - regardless of their faith orientation. If you watch the rest of the interviews as they roll out, the evidence will speak a lot louder than any personal preference. As for proof of God, your existence is enough for me. :-)
Very good interview. Men in church leadership need to speak about the current state of affairs and our need to be walking with God in holiness. Michael is couragous; his example of courage is needed and welcome!
Enjoyed this interview both the questions and the responses. The point about the level of exposure to various media types increasing with each generation and the importance for leaders who have at least some media expertise now to engage with up and coming young people who are exposed to and even greater level of exposure via handhelds etc was a thought for me that I had but had never articulated to myself. Very helpful

01:09 "accountability partner has become like a brother to me". I love this. I believe this is a the heart and soul of true accountability: the making of a true brotherhood (or sisterhood).

How do you model confession, accountability, and transparency as a pastor, and still "keep up appearances"? You ask some provocative questions and give some forthright answers.

It's about time that we start seeing pastors as people too. Let's be honest, we are all tempted by this. Michael makes a very great point!
